Does anyone use a db meter app and a spectrum analyzer app on there Iphone? Was looking at a few on the app store today and was wondering if they are any good. I'm not looking for anything super accurate but more to play around with and to set levels on my sound board.

 

the JL audio is supposed to have a DB meter on it...

 

you need a calibrated microphone if you want accurate readings

 

^ The StudioSix software is suprising accurate using the internal mic in an iPhone. They list what gens work best. Look for the JL audio free app - it has the S6 RTA and SPL applications in it as well as other neat features. I use it on my 3GS and it's super handy.
