Its me again, ? About a Sub SOnic Filter

What amp and sub are you running? Unless it's way off, it should be able to push it. I was pushing two 12"s rated for 1000w rms pretty damn good with only 200wrms total.

Try turning your gain all the way down and turning up the volume. See if it cuts out then.

The sun is a Daimond D9 800 RMS 4 ohm dual voice coils and the amp is a Pioneer GM-D7400 running at 400 Watts RMS at 2 ohms.

I don't think a lack of power is the issue here at all. What size of power/ground are you using? And I would try the gain right down and volume up to see if you get the same results.

I was thinking that, but it is supposed to be 2ohm stable.

Regardless, turning down the gain should help.

Power wiore is 10 Gauge, Ground I think is 4 Gauge.

I think maybe I'm getting all 400 Watts or close to it when it goes into protection, my other amp was 300 Watts and would do the same thing just alittle bit sooner.
