^^^it just is man!!! accept it, and go with the flow...it's just better that way...or NOT!! Those brands are good, no doubt, but not at 3x-5x the price of good brand names that have proven themselves over the last 20-30 years. I'll gladly take my RF, MTX, Kicker, etc...anyday over an over-priced supposed super brand. I really can't hear the difference between good amps anyway.

x2, i cannot hear the difference between amps, unless its some wallmart pos amps. And there is no way that i'd pay for the name of JL. I have ran a 500/1 on my subs before, and noticed not a single difference in sound. Your basically just paying for the name.
