Good choice on the amp you won't be disappointed going JL. They perform and won't let you down. Everyone I installed impressed me.

 

Weather it be 250watts or 300 watts odds are you wouldnt notive any difference anyways.

An alternate choice would be one of those JBL's BP series amps... for that price you could get double the power. You would hear a difference then.
