Alot of times you will "prove yourself", as in you will have to show them you can do well and win..

Thanks Caprice...I am not looking to do hardcore competing, just some local shows maybe...and was just wondering if there were teams out there...My shop doesn't do a team, and I probably won't have a system with enough of one company to join a manufacturer team...

Well, I am part of a great car club, but they don't have a stereo team, it is more of a performance/external mod club than a stereo club...
