if you dont know why someone would port their midrange-bass its to allow far better power handling and excursion control at low frequencies, lok at alot of bookshelf speaker, lots are vented, and lots, not all but lots of car audio components will work far better vented than infinite baffle. actually you cant tell from the pics but with the door closed the vent is about 5" away plenty of clearance, the black painted theme i thought was very evident thoughout, the painted door baffles, new vents in the dash, stereo bezel and woofer trim and if you look the dash was reupholsterd to match the seats with the same stitching as well as the woofer trim in the same material, i guess it doesnt flow as good as i thought. every speaker is avi, and the trunk piece was supposed to be clean and to get the amps that far back in the trunk while still being able to remove it for paint was time consuming, and if you look close you cant see even one screw holding any speaker down, there was never a theme meant to happen just to be clean, regardless i still had alot of fun building it and the input is appreciated by everone good or bad,
