Kenwood 9301d n IDQ15"...Plz advice!!!!

I am thinking of buying Kenwood 9301d Mono-500w@4oms,900w@2ohms and 1 ohm stable,SNR 94%.I will be using it with IDQ 15" 2 Ohm DVC.So will be running the amp on 4 ohm load.IDQ wil be in a sealed box.Any forum member who has experience with this amp this give valuable feedback.
For a budget user like me is it worthwhhile going for this amp....

Cheers!!

while on a tight audio budget, I've used Kenwood amps in the past. i had no issues with them at all. i haven't used that amp in particular, but i can tell you, Kenwood is pretty good value for the $$. they are CEA compliant (in the last few years anyway) and will make the power they say they will. i'm sure you would be happy with that amp for your particular application.

I currently use the 9301 in my setup. I upgraded from the 9201 i had prior. This amp is solid when matched with my 2 kenwood 12" dvc's (sealed). Plenty of good clean and LOUD power. I actually had to turn the deck settings down when i upgraded.

Summed up: Best bang-for-the-buck monoblock IMO

For sure! Even in a sedan like mine (i've been told many times that sebrings are hard to get loud) it powers my 2 12's very well. The amp has never gotten hot even after running it thru some testers and bass cd's. My choice of music is mostly rock and metal and it handles kick drums great.
