BTW, furthermore on efficiency, the last years Clarion, if it went down to 1 ohm, and was also G/H, the efficiency was around 55% at that impedance vs 80% on Sundown, so if efficiency and final output is the criteria, Sundown walks all over the Clarion amp, the only thing I like about the Clarion is the sound characteristic of G/H, and it does not matter that much, that the Clarion does full power at 2 ohms, cause damping on Sundown will be better even at 1 ohm. I just don't like Class D sound(arguable), but I have "golden ears"

 

lol.. well, your feedback is much appreciated Sasha and I think I'm gonna go for the Sundown over the Clarion for sure when I'm ready to buy. so what about subs for that amp!. what do you (and your golden ears) like..?!

If you go with any of the FI audio stuff you will not be disappointed. Mines a daily driver that does 140+ on test tones and 138 with music go's crazy low and keeps it's composure as far as sq goes!

i dought you will ever see that kinda stuff up here. ive never seen FI or sundown or RD around here ( on the streets i mean) and as for in store forget about it lol order online, thats all you can do.
