has any body hear or had their product how good is it ?

It is a good entry level product and the prices are great. The stuff actually cranks up a bit, but in the end it will not last and they will not stand behind the warranty. It has been my experience that it is not built that well and is not very good for SQ. In the US it is a good deal for an entry level product, but you will never win any SPL or SQ comps with it. I would not recommend purchasing it in Canada, because it is over priced here. Check out HiFi Sound Connections for great prices.
