Looking to buy a shet of 1" MDF. Just short of $50 bucks at Rona here in Vernon.

What are prices like where your located?

Just want to know if I should haggle or not.

If its more than a few bucks difference i am haggling but for a few cents, not really worth it.

Try a lumber yard!

The one close to me takes your dimension and cuts the peices for you and charges by the sf. For example I paid $15 for all 6 pieces to make a 1.9cf boxes of 1inch mdf.

I dont know how much a sheet would have cost!

Housing isn't that bad here. It's not like people are selling trailers starting at 300k+. Oh wait they are. I could probably buy a crackhouse for about 250k

Why buy 1"? Just buy 2 3/4" and screw them together for cheaper.
