And when you're making huge money as an NBA or Rap Star... you want to have the same gear as the 16 year old kid in the Kmart parking lot... I think not. Do you need 26 or 30 inch wheels? There are 18's out there that are cheaper, lighter and therefore better on gas, "faster" because there's less weight... but then you wouldn't be rollin' as hard.

for that you could get like... 4 really really good 15's, and still have some money for amps.
It's more like $10K and yes you could but if money doesn't matter then why save it?

They have a pair of them in a Caddy EXT in the USA... had it at SEMA and CES. MTX got fined at SEMA for being too loud and disrupting the show.

I have to agree. Anyone who says this thing is garbage, should not be on this forum and should check in to the nearest crackhouse. This sub is what audio is all about! There is no other sub that can this thing on, one to one. I have installed one Kicker solo X 18 in the 10cu.ft. suv box in my own jeep. It hit 154.8 with two zr 1000's running it, and the X 18 only has 1 inch of xmax. It also sounded killer with four sets of sperates with it. The Jack Hammer with 2.5 inches of xmax will easily hit over 160 in a box built for sound. Who needs any more than that?
