"As far as taking the car back to complain,No way they molested it enough!"

Did they take the car's bra?

Life time warranty on installation......

Just bring it back, or take it to another location if you can. Just bring the Inv and Work Order. I think we are done with this post and slagging shops, ANY shops. If you are not willing to bring it back to have it re-done why complain about it at all then?

I am so tired of this crap where you guys have nothing better to do then bash stores. Figure out how your crap works first before you go shooting your mouth off.

Your trunk pin is not hooked up. It is extra. If you paid for it great. Go get it hooked up or get your money back or do something no one wants to hear you wine.

If your install is not what you want.... Get it fixed. All these places have lifetime waranty so go get it fixed, get your money back or do it yourself. Then you will have no one to blame but your self.

and i am sure you wont post that.

bastards..
Any basic install doesn't include trunk pin... Now if you paid for it, thats a different story </font>
I asked if the trunk had its own censor, and Blaine said yes.. Well now that I know, I'm going to bring my car in.

If this is how you treat your car, I find it odd that you invested in an alarm

</font>
Most people buy an alarm to protect their gear, not the car...that is what you have insurance for. I had an alarm in my 93 cavy. The car was only worth a few hunded bucks and I really wouldn't lose any sleep over it being stolen, but I was worried about someone stealing my 1500 dollar video deck.

I guess weve hit a nerve of those who work at these "respectable" establishments....

Any way,why take it back to get it done right?

Do they even know how to do it right?

You paid FS to have a job done.
In your opinion the job was not done correctly.

pretend for a moment that you are a car-audio installer. Joe Schmo comes in, and pays you to insatll his alarm.
A month later Joe Schmo feels that he did not get what he paid for.

Now as the person who did the install would you rather:

A) Your name and reputation gets tarnished
B) You are given the chance to correct the problem and make Joe Schmo Happy.
