^ unfortunately what can very likely happen is maybe the guy who did the alarm is a tool but it is entirely possible that his manager is at least competent.

I would take a shot at talking to the install manager or "tech lead" as they may be referred to.

Ya know what, this post was probably a mistake, it was just a rant and i should have kept it to myself.
I know that the guy who installed it sucks ballz,lol but thats not to say the guy he works with isn't a master installer.....

If i ever need a tv, i'll go back.Im not mad at the store.....But as far as having anything installed in my car,probably not.

I have worked in shops where customers have requested a specific installer do (or not do..) the job. Not saying you should go back but something to consider.
