Its a good match. The amp will do 800 RMS plus at 2 ohms and your subs are capable of taking 400 RMS each. I say "plus" because MTX birth certificate is usually 10% higher than rated.
4 ohm subs, so connect one to each connector on the amp and it should see a final load of 2 ohms internally. Most mono blocks are set up that way, but if not, then just wire the 2 subs together and connect to one terminal only.

my buddy had that amp in his car for a while and i borrowed it for a bit. it was pretty good, i had no complaints. was good for driving around, puts out enough with the right subs to beat out most guys in a parking lot, unless they've got way too much money or are really into audio, but the guys at tim hortons who say bro every third word and listen to it wasn't me by shaggy still ( ie the guys in the "my new haircut video) are easy prey. he had the amp with these same subs and he was stinking loud so i'd say they're a pretty good combo
