need help

hey guys i need help trying to reset my alpine IVA-D300. installed it and cant reset it so i can put my own settings on it. frustrating. please help. Oh yeah may be for sale too. wanna buy a double din

yes i did press the reset button. but still goes back to what it was before. maybe a wiring issue? just need some help. so frusterated.
