From a very quick search, I think that the SP10.1 are 4ohm SVC drivers, with a 250WRMS.
If that turns out to be true, I'd check out the Kenwood KAC-8105D mono amp.
The amp will output 500W into a 2 ohm load. If those DB subs are, in fact, 4ohm SVC, then you can wire them for a 2 ohm final load.
I think that'd work out for you.
I purchased that same amp, from OnlineCarStereo.com. It came to $165 CDN, after shipping and duties. Retail, its about $200 before tax.
