I Use to have two punch hx2 12's hooked up to a kenwood 1800 watt mono amp. Well I blew my two subs partially because they were already screwed up and I was stupid and bought them used. I want to buy one sub now but I a having trouble choosing which one to get. My amp is a mono block rated at 900 rms @ 2ohms for one channel and 500 rms @ 4 ohms. I want to choose between the Alpine SWR-12d2 2 ohm type R 12 inch sub rated at 1000 rms @ 2ohms, and the The 2 15 inch Type R's from Alpine both rated at 750 rms except one is at 2 ohms the other is at 4 ohms. I was leaning torward the 2ohm 15" but I am not sure wether my 900rms amp is going to blow the 750 rms sub. Please Help
