Question NEED HELP ON Kicker L7 SUBS, BUYING ON EBAY ENDING 2 HRS?? QUICK PLEASE!!!

Hi I am new to the site and really joined to ask some questions.
I am running a Memphis 1000.1 Amp and a trio of MA subs ( yeah i know they suck). I went a few stores to listen to new gear and got the chance to listen to some and what have you. A couple of them told me for spl I wanted and the space I should get either 10 or 12" kicker L7 subs. Cheapest I found in TO was $450 a sub, so I went to ebay. there is a set of S10L7 Dual 4 ohm subs and the bid is only up to $190 and it ends in like 2 hours. The guy says i can pick them up local as he is in TO. Due to my space requirements and having a family I want the 10".

So I guess my question is are there good subs for the money? I mean I have bought higher dollar gear only to be let down before.
PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE ASAP.

THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!! Sorry for rushing, but any real input would be great!

Do they work? I'm sure by the time it ends the price will shoot up, but if you get them for 190 plus your gas then its not bad. Just hope they are the model you're expecting and in good working order.

Hey, who's the lead bidder?

Hahahahaha

It always depends on condition and what you get. Those are a little older so wear and tear is a question. Including a box is a plus if you need one.
L7's are good but in the 10" model, you're looking at 600rms I believe and not the 1000rms in the 15's ...
I wouldn't go over $250 to be honest, you'll see L7's on Kijiji all summer in the 200-300 range IMO

Kicker has recently seen a new surge (locally) because BestBuy is now selling Kicker ... Suddenly, its a little more desired.

They work, my coworker already drove there and met the guy who tested them. From what I get he doesnt like the sound of the sub not that that makes sense to me. I mean its s subwoofer, the whole idea is bass right? There was a box but from what Don told me it was made wrong and not sealed so basically the subs are new, he just wasnt happy with them and the online place he got them from would not return them after the 30 days. My buddy said they sound good, would sound better in the right box wired to my amp. I will try to get the link, what is the proper required box size? I can only have a box 12 3/8 tall but have 4 ft of width. thanks

I will take them for 200, not more
If they're new, go to 300 then.

OK still need to know what box size? I think I want to run a sealed box as I am not into rap or anything, just metal and rock for the most part. Any thoughts, or does someone have a used box for a good price, but has to be 12 3/8" or shorter to fit. THANKS!
