Need help with sound system setup

Alrght so I need help with a few basics that i cant figure out like my amps power rating, and my subs power ratings. Alright so the amp is a boss cx750 2channel 1600watt max amp and i heard its only 220watts per channel rms at 4ohms, then its max power is 800watt x 2 at 2ohms, and max bridged power is 1600watts x1 4ohms.

So what does all this really mean? The only thing i understood was that on 2 channels it will put out 220watts if i hook up 2 subs like normal, so whats the other ratings mean like when its bridged will it really put out like 1600watts to one sub, and or how could i basicaly push like a 500-800 watt sub with the best bass results, thanx

it only has 30 amps of fusing so it can only put out 250 watts at 12v and 300@14v so expect no more than 150 per channel

How does that make since so basicaly the amp is only a 250watt max amp in retro spec? And basicaly i need to find a new amp instead of continuing to use it with my 10in xtr3 orion sub which is 500rms but sounds good with the amp. Also how can i make sure the new amp isnt just as bad

Ok so im going to sell the boss amp and here is a list of like 7 amps that i can afford to buy and they seem to fit the 500-800watts rms im wanting but which will be best for me and work good with only a 500watt-600watt sub.

Logic TX-1802 1800 Watt 2-Channel (rms at 4ohms 450watts x2)

LANZAR HTG257 2000W 2 Channel (500watts rms x2)

PLANET AUDIO AC2600.2 2600W 2 Channel (rms 900watts x2 at 2ohms)

POWER ACOUSTIK GT2-1800 WATT (360watts x2 rms at 2ohms)

SOUNDSTORM DG22400 2400 WATT 2-CHANNEL (350rms x2 at 4ohms)

PLANET AUDIO PX2.2400 2400 WATT 2 CHANNEL (300watts rms at 4ohms)

dont waste your money none of those are much of a upgrade. wait untill you have 300 to spend. and if your happy with the sound your getting then who cares. BTW why are you looking at 2 channels? mono d class is way more efficient .

ps save up for one of these Mono Block bad boys. they are a direct sales company owned by the father of the digital designs brothers so you get way more for your money.
