Hey I am wondering if there is anyone out there that can tell me how my JL 500.1 amp should be tuned.

what do mean? Do you want to know what x-over point, gain setting etc...? It's hard to tune an amp over the internet. I suggest you check the JL website for setting up your amp, I believe they have a tutorial on there. This will give you the basic set up, and then you will have to experiment to find out what sounds best to you. It's completely individual to each person,vehicle and system.
