Need an opinion
where are you installing them them, and do you want to have them for fill sound to balance out the sound levels?
i, from now on, will probably always run an amp to ANY speaker. it just gives you a little more control over your options. back in the day, when i couldn't afford a lot for a system (who am i kinning, i still can't afford a lot for a system) i opted for just 1, 2-ch amp to run my fronts - the power balance wansn't right and it wore out my front speakers before my back ones.
just my 2¢

If you have an extra 2 channels of amplification, go for it.
Like stated above though, only do this after your front speakers are amplified.
If you only have 2 channels available, amp your fronts and use deck power for rear fill.

Alright, so I guess I better look for some good fronts
I just want the best sound quality and a good system.
Coffey they're being installed in the rear
Note: I usually have my audio faded slightly more to the back than the front.
The gear i have right now to work with ...
Kenwood 8101D Amplifier
2 Alpine 10" Type R SVC 4 0hm Subwoofers
2 Blaupunkt rear 6x9's model shown in original post
Alpine CDA 9827 Headunit.
I would buy a small amp to power the 6x9's & I would also buy some fronts judging by the opinions so far

Johnny I probably would go with a 4 channel and run the front and rear off it.
