he never reply to people near him or willing to pick up
he get the first person who says ship!
As soon he see ship! he know he can get sum cas out of this deal for free

as the buyer first say, hey can come check it out i am down in your area all week!, if he doesn't answer you he was in it for a scam or sold it!

if he said oh no i don't have it on me, then you know his lying

he make you believe in reality this can be done face to face so why wouldn't he ship it

well he just ignore people willing to see it
