I belive i blew one of my JBL DS55's there 5 1/4 2 ways, being powered by a Boss W875. Its in the rear of my car, the car itself is an 03 nissan s-er spec-v. So im lookin into new 5 1/4's or 6 1/2's what can u guys suggest as something loud an clean that will get as much power out of the amp as possible??

 

My buddy has the JBL P-632 6.5"'s, they sound sweet, seem to take a fair bit of abuse, too. Maybe look into JL also.

 

What price range? I would go for CDTas they have the best sound for the $$$, but if you have to go cheaper get some infinities or JBL's
