New Amp Setup Question

Hey all I just got my new amp the other day and started playing around with it today and noticed a few things different from my old one, I bought a Belva amp 3000 mono, and had it wired to 2 kicker subs, It was bad so I returned it and now have a MB Quart 1600 Mono. But I was messing with it before I went to work today and I seen it didn't have a Gain **** but instead a Level - Variable sensitivity from 0.2v to 6v. How do I go about setting that up, do I do it the same way as I would with a gain I know I need 40v on a DMM.

Also here is different question. I need some help setting my setting up in my head unit and amp.

here is my features on my amp:

Level: Variable Sensitivity from 0.2 v to 6v
Bass EQ: 45hz bass boost from 0bd to 10db
Subsonic 15hz to 35hz
low pass: 30hz 250hz

Now for my radio bare with me this is a lot lol.

It has a Xover

Front and rear HPF: 50hz, 60hz, 80hz, 100hz, 120hz, 150hz, 180hz, 220hz,
LPF Subwoofer: Level -50 to 10
Phase: Normal or reverse
Frequency: 50 to 120

Also has SystemQ Ex:

Bass:
Frequency: 60, 70, 80,100, 110, 120, 130, 150
Level: -8 to 8
QFactor: 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 2.00

Middle:
Frequency: 500hz, 1khz, 1.5khz, 2khz.
Level: -8 to 8
QFactor: 1.00, 2.00

Treble:
Frequency: 10khz, 12.5khz, 15khz, 17.5khz,
Level -8 to 8

My ported box is tuned for •Estimated port tuned frequency (fb): 35 Hz

So how should I set this up

Ok guys thanks so much for your help
