New car = New setup

New car = New setup
Just purchased a 2010 CTS and need some input on my stereo solution.
The Bose 8 speaker stock system does not cut it. I am taking out the following components from my current car and only wish to use the amps; JL HO10W7, JL 1000/1v2, JL 300/4v2, JL C5 5x7.
I'm looking for OEM integration for the CTS; possibly the Fosgate 3Sixty. Anyone have any experience with this or similar products? To start I'm also looking to replace front 6.5 and add a 12" sub that takes up the least amount of space as possible (still need to get my hockey bag and golf clubs in the trunk at times).
What do you guys think a good solution would be for this car?
I appreciate any input.
