It's a relatively new company that has been doing incredibly well since its start. Scott, the guy running the company, branched off from RE and created Fi. General consensus on the company seems to be that price/performance ratio is up there with the best of em'.

All the options are there to help tailor the subs to your requirement, be it streetbeating or SPL.

As for the L7 comparison, I guess it depends on which model you compare it to and what you're looking for.

yea most people who have owned both RE and Fi compare the subs like this:
RE MT and Fi BTL
XXX and the Q
SX and the SSD

but if you go to the forum, there are a list of the subs and what options do what, honestly getting a fully loaded sub isnt going to do any damage, except to your ears haha

Yeah, 100 watts won't get you far, hopefully it was a typo.

lovely spl thread.

if u only have 1000 watts just get a pair of kicker L7 10's and dont go spending money on a sub u cant power right. L7's will do u right with that power, better than Fi.

I think the L7's against SSD's would be a pretty good matchup, although the kickers are fairly more sensitive according to the site specs for both drivers... lower power might stretch further with the kickers.
