There's no problem with the box, He's built several before and usually spends a long time designing them.

It's going to be Ported, Made to spec as it shows in the manual tuned to 30hz.

I'll post more pics when I get it...

even better add a mix of fiberglass resin and cement and BB pellets to each wall for wheight and then add some egg crate foam on the walls.. make sure to bolt the sucker down so if u crash u dont get a 50+ pound box behind ur head.. might have a minor concution hahahhah

Ok everything is done and it's in my trunk. Sounds very very good, Excellent response and it seems to balance very well.

My fronts are getting 75watts x 2, And the woofer is getting 300watts RMS which is what the amp gives out.

The box is tuned to 30hz, Made to spec like it shows in the manual. Couldn't be happier, The system sounds high end with a box like this...

Thanks to Harrison's Designs for making this box, He does good work and he really cares about getting the job done well!

Wow, good price. Tis a nice box.

After buying the wood, paint and other misc stuff you're up to $100+ anyways. so an extra $50-60 for the labor is crazy cheap.

If you are going ported, use polyfill sheets and right after you spray the box with the undercoating, press the sheets along the perimeter to "glue" them in.
that pic is just a mock up.. i always check alingment and all seams before glue, the screws along with clamps are only there to set the glue.the only screws currently in this box hold the woofer in place..
and enclosures built to the right seize rarely need polyfill(there is already adequate damping from the enclosure)
