the more I read PAS, the more I realize that I've seen most of the cars at shows, online and in other magazines, and that I'm paying 6 bucks to see 200 pages of ads, and 25 pages of cars I've already seen.

In the new issue, they use some kind of resin or filler to make the outer layer of the pods for the gauges in some car... it's supposed to be way easier to sand than kitty hair or Bondo. But they don't say how to make it... does anyone here know?

it is a combo of fiberglass resin and Rage Gold, it sands good but it always ends up being wavy once painted.

^ Agreed. Why people slather filler all over the outside of a fibreglass creation and expect it to ever get flat again I will never understand.. [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]

Back to the topic of the magazine. I just checked out page 300, it's of Canada night and there is a pic of MB, And Dawgsbreakfast (Tom), with Jason and Brad, and holy crap, I did not know that Tom was a freakin giant! Must be nice knowing you can snap your business partner in half like a twig huh Tom [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
