new pioneer amps

Don't forget the Earthquake PHD5000, I seem to recall it doing quite well in street B!!!! I would love to see a head to head at 14v and under (as the 5000 has a regulated power supply) with the pioneer. And guess what, I believe the price will be comparable too. Go ahead and ask me where to get them too.

The D5 will get smoked out if the two are going head to head, the premier 5000 is not powerful as a single amp it has to be strapped or you will not get your true 3000 watts at 14.4. the two amps are 100% effecent. It doesen't matter if you keep the amps at 17 volts or 14.4 you are going to get the same power.if it drops below 11 then it will klip out kind of like the D5s last year people couldn't keep the voltege up to get a true burp. You have to roll in a berp on the premiers so you are going to lose power hope to see this problem fix SOON. hope to see some of your guys tests!!! D5's are loud but they are not quite as loud as the 200.1's. The premiers at 2ohm are only putting out 1600watts I THINK.
