New ride!

I work in the readside assistance portion of daimler chrysler, so i advise that you change out her battery immediately if you don't want her stranded, and get the tranny flushed every 6-8 months. Other than that there pretty reliable. The factory batterys i swear are worth a good $1, they crap out at the worst imaginable times. And they trannys must be made with plastic gears i swear.

Intense, which tranny is that? The 4 spd. or 5 spd. auto's? Since we are on a 3 year lease, I'm not entirely concerned about buying it out after than which is also about the same time the warranty is up. The battery thing I will think about though since yeah I know that Dodge batteries do that: die without ANY warning. The one in my Dakota R/T did that at about 60,000 kms. Died so hard that when I got it boosted, it wouldn't idle by itself for at least 20 minutes.

Not shure which auto tranny it is, but i get the same problems with the 300c, magnum, and the ram trucks are the worst, you just can't tow with a dodge ram anymore. If your not keeping the veh, then just worrie about the battery in the future, you may be good till next september.
