Noob Question...I think...
Ok so I've been searching online, and I'm not even sure what to call what I want.
I'm looking for something that I can put on 6 channels, 4 speakers, and 2 different size subs, to choose which frequencies I want to each.
I know amps have usually 1 filter for the high I think? But I want something where I can put like, 20-400 hz to 1 sub and put like 300-800 hz to a smaller sub, as well as limit how low my speakers will be able to go.
I've looked at equalizers and crossovers and that crap, but haven't really found much detail or if it's what I want or not.
So yeah, help?

If it's a good amp it'll have high & low pass filters, otherwise you don't want it.
You mean you want a sealed subwoofer that has a frequency range from 20-100ish Hz because that's as good as you're going to get unless you can do a 4th order bandpass and those are tricky. 300-800 Hz is mid-bass, not a sub.
You don't want 1 amp powering everything. Get an amp for the 4 speakers and two different amps for the two different-sized subs - which will both drown eachother out. There's no point in using different sized subs, bad idea for a good response. You need speakers (5.25's or 6.5's & tweets), mids (6.5/8/10), and subs.
If you want low-lows (20-30) than get a sub that models well in a sealed box, look at TC sounds. For mids there's so many choices just make sure they have a low frequency response at where the subs are crossed at.

Nobody really uses subs past 100 Hz because they have mids to go from 100-1000+, remember the higher the frequency the smaller the footprint needs to be to reproduce the sound so you really only need 5.25's for 300-800 Hz.
Check out partsexpress, they have $8.50 5.25" Boss audio mids, frequency range 57-7000, it looks like a beast. I think that's the cheapest one they sell.

So would amped (about 75 rms) 6.5 inch speakers be plenty then? Because right now I've got a SVC 4ohm 12 running at 300rms, but my speakers are not amp'ed, so it pisses me off 'cause the higher bass, well, mid-bass I guess, is pretty much not there...
