Noise. That's also what I now have after installing an (in dash) eq (Clarion EQS 750). The 6V outputs open up my mids some, but the hissing is awful. And there's also some whining I hadn't noticed before. What does a guy have to do to get convenient sound adjustment(s)?? I really love the ability to easily adjust the sound to compensate for different CD recordings. Arrrghhh...

Lower them I will. I was thinking along those lines, as I've maxed out my sub gain on the eq to try and match the mids (and it still isn't very close). Thanks for the help. Now if you could explain why all of the the **** backlighting(s) aren't working , I'll owe you a beer or two...or ten...
