Is making weird popping sounds. Ever since I tried out my friends amp yesterday that was acting up in his car, now whenever I switch from CD to radio my subs thump and when i switch the station my subs make a thump sound, sound like turn on thump that some amps do, but I never had this problem untill today. Any ideas?

i would say you blew your rca ground trace in your deck
its done by touching your power wire to your rca
try grounding the rca sheild to the radio chassis ground at the deck and see if it goes away

I got your message Loudsubz - I don't fix the insides so I really don't know but you 'may' be able to solder the shield to the deck casing and have it work.
If you like the deck I think it's worth the $80 for a tech to fix it right though

i fixed the prob, ran a small piece of wire from rca sheild to ground and all thumps went away.
