need more info - what kind of monoblock amp, what do you plan on doing with it? (cuz if you are burping you could drop as low as 0.375 ohms as long as the amp can handle it)

explain your whole setup- have you upgraded your electrical? are you going to only burp or is this also going to run daily? what are you running for wire? are you running 12 volt -16 volt setup?

1.5 ohms is more than likely what you are gonna wanna run

your options are

6 ohm
0.375 ohm
1.5 ohm

all depends on how u wire it. for competition/burping i'd go with 0.375 ohm (absolutely no music), for daily music i'd go with 1.5 ohm.

i could pretty much gaurentee that this amp will not handle 0.375ohms tho, even on sine waves (its rated at 2 ohms @14.4 volts and doesnt like to be dropped too low)

Even ma's 10kw amp is designed to be run at 2 ohms, i had an hk4000 that was very Protect happy at .5 - 1ohm and fried at .5 ohm (but i didnt have the elecrical to back it + it was a refurb amp) this is why i wanted to know what kinda system he has put together, see if his car can even handle the amp at that power
