I had a set of those a little less than ten years ago. Great stuff. Anyone know how much they are going for used?

They are almost impossible to find used. This is the most I have heard of them in years.

dug out a couple of my old alpine brochures ............are they the 6022gx

one brochure calls em part of the digital max series, other calls em part of the reference series

both brochures shoe the same specs

they are:

1 1/4" soft dome tweeter
50 watts rms
recomended frequency range 4khz - 20khz
sensitivity 92db
installation diameter :58mm
depth :26mm
neodymium magnet
30mm phenol-coated silk soft dome
copper clad aluminum voice coil
aluminum voice coil bobbin
fluch and surface mounting

No the 'gx' came out after the original 6022. The 'gx' were a normal (smaller) sized tweeter. The 6022 were almost 4.5" in dia and 2" deep. I'll see if I can find anymore info on them.

Dammit Wade!

I found those a couple days ago and was like

Gonna be watching those ones close but they will most likely go for big coin (relatively speaking). A new set of 6022's went down for $83 US about a month ago.
