After much debate, I decided to try out elemental designs version 2 subs, now the only trouble I have is deciding which setup to go for. Though I know no one has heard these subs yet, hypothetically which option would you choose if you were in my position. I'm not looking for spl that could shake the plates in your kitchen, but just something that you could really feel and sounds clean. My options are:
2- 13Kv.2 rated at 150-500W RMS or
1- 16Ov.2 rated at 400-950W RMS http://www.edesignaudio.com/

Both setups would cost about $300, though the 16Ov.2 won't be shipped til bout mid august.
They'll be enclosed in a sealed box and powered by a Soundstream Pic 2.880, which gives 880RMS at 4ohms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're right, no one has heard the production models so this is very hypothetical.
But, from the way Ben is talking I'd go with the Ov2. I like to think one sub is sufficient to get your bass. Takes up less room also.
A single 4ohm with ~900wrms in a sealed box sounds like a good match.
I'm quite pleased with my Ov1.

^^^ agreed.
Apparently the Ov2 has better SQ than the Av1 which was a great sounding driver. It may prove to be your best choice.
The O may prove to be a better sealed box sub than the K's as well.
