I wanting to get one of two amp

I'm going to be powering 3 lightning audio strike 400 watts RMS and 800 watts Max

first one is Rockford Fosgate Power 351M
$169.95 (US)

http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/ROC351M

and then there is the Boss Riot R3000D
$199.95 (US)

http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/BOSR3000D

I'm looking for something cheap and I'm thinking about doing some SPL with these but I was some SQ because this is going to be in a daily driver. So what do you think is better???

each sub is a duel 4 ohm wich means my only set up is going to be 2.67 ohm and it will be 1200 watts RMS all together or 2400 watts peak

I would look at different amps. I really don't like either of those for you.
Maybe a Rockford bd1000 if you want that line or something else that does ~1000rms+ at 2ohm (as you'll be just above that impedence).

But it's a piece of crap.

Find a lanzar 1200D or a JBL 1200.1 or crossfire bmf100D. All can be had for close to 200 us or even cheaper.

The 1200d Lanzar would not do much power at 2.67 ohm and it doesn't like less than 1ohm for long either.
The JBL 1200.1 would be a good choice. They can be found for cheap also.
