I installed the unit this afternoon and i like it, i have a few usb prob but i am sure ill figure out. My biggest disappointment was the build quality, the faceplate look really fragile...

Now all my gain are at min and it sound better than my old pioneer. I didn't even adjust it yet...

The bluetooth work ok, it's not like the pioneer with an external mike but my wife didn't seem to be bothered by it so it's all good

I know you said you made up your mind already, but...I had an 02 Caravan (SE Model). Tranny died at 175k. Hood rusted out. Rear hatch rusted, etc.

Ex has an 06 or 07 Grand Caravan. 150k, hood is rusting, water pump replaced, alt replaced, struts replaced. Keeps warping front rotors, AND it is starting to shift funny. Tranny fluid was drained at 100k, smelled burnt, deep, dark red color.

Also, it has the full DVD entertainment system and is NOT all that easy to work on (from a car stereo standpoint).

iirc, $2200.00 was the cheapest I could get a rebuilt, 1yr warranty installed tranny for, so I didn't bother.

I hope yours lasts another million kilometers, just giving you some data points because it puts you in a quandary when that tranny happens...is it really worth putting that kind of money in to?

Cheers

Ill look at the RDV option again... +2k$ for the tranny! it's more than the actual value of the car
