can anyone tell me if this amp can run at 2 ohms mono?

yes, but its not recommended. my old one did it, but got really hot! at its age, you better be safer than sorry... save it for a nice set of components...

i already have a sx 250,275,2150 to run my front stage,the xtr will be my sub amp. any idea on real world power@4 ohms mono?

anywhere between 350 to 400 rms.

The XTR2150 will do ~800rms at 4ohm mono.

let me clarify:
350-400 wrms at 4 ohms stereo around 13 volts.
