Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any info on the Orion HCCA exchange program. I have a 2000 model blown HCCA and want to know if I can in fact exchange it for a new HCCA H2? Also, what info would I need on the sub? Receipt's or anything? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I don't think a 3 year old sub would be outright replaced with a completely different model, heck I doubt after three years they will warranty it all.

Receipt's are good, doubt they would talk to you without one after a year.

Thanks guys, I called just called Orion and found out it's for the HCCA amps only. I just asked to see if maybe a fellow member did the exchange and could give me info on it and all. Anyways, got my answer, you can delete this post. Sorry.

i have a customer to which has a 7-8 year old nt mid and tweeters he wanted to get exact replacement grills his were cracked
i told him to phone orion usa
he phone
they told him they would replace his nt's with the p series new ones
they sell for like $500
they told him if he sent his old ones in they would replace them with the p series for like $75 us
