What is the good canadian company that sells so cheap, you were talking about ?

As for a sub, good deals can be found on Ebay. Look into Kicker L5 or L7 refurbs. You will be hard pressed to find something that slams better in your price range. Or look at some JBL subs in your price range as well, they are usually highly sensitive and will pound off little amp power.
