I'm looking to buy a new Pioneer head unit and I'm wondering if I could still use by existing Pioneer 12 disc CD-changer with IP-BUS connector. I don't recall the model number but it's probably almost 10 years old. Does Pioneer still use the same IP-BUS connection they did back then? Thanks.

You bet Pioneer still uses the IP BUS connection.
It will work just fine. Tip, never lose your IP BUS cable, you can not buy them anywhere.
