I need help please, I cannot find a trustworthy installer, and have decided I'm on my own! I have a 97 Buick Riviera with a system installed. My soundstage and imaging are held down by the dash I am considering kick panels, center channel, or tweeters to help I've also thought about eliminating the rears and going with a 3 way up front using Max Fidelity (Dynaudio) speakers. Here's what I have to work with what would you do ?
Mcintosh MCC440M 6/5/4ch 50x4 100x2 or 100x4
Mcintosh Mc440M 4ch 50x4 100x2 (Would like to only
Mcintosh MC222 1/2ch 110x2 220x1 use 2 amps)
2 pr. MB Quart RSB 213 5 1/4 components Vifa soft dome tweeters
2 MB Quart 10in PWD254DVC subs 4ohm
2 Vifa dash mount tweets
Alpine 7897 CD

How would you set it up ,what amps, where would you put the speakers, crossover points, time delays, sub direction, tweeter placement,2 or 3 way, 1 sub or 2, change subs or speakers. Any suggestions would be great I'm on my own and on a quest for SQ !
