personally tragedy is a horrible thing, but at the end of the day people that have spent their money should be reimbursed. if the people affected dont have the time to do it, in this case gca, which is very likely seeing as how im sure that they have other things on their minds, some one else should be appointed to disburse the funds back to expecting consumers. of course unless their is no funds, then your screwed and start saving you money to buy from someone else. on a personal note, i havent ever bought from gca and dont kn oe the people that we are talking about, but i hope that whoever might be ill gets better soon

But coming onto a site that has absolutly no affiliation to GCA or its products to raise hell wouldn't be the correct form of action either. It really sounds like a bad situation both for the customers and the owners.
On behalf of CCA, I wish the best of luck for both parties involved. But I do not want this to be the place for people to come on and air their dirty laundry. We have anough of that already.

^ But I come on here and bash GM all the time due to my disappointment in their corporation
If I ordered a new Craftsman router from Sears and it never showed up I would probably come here and vent about that too after a couple of months.
Obviously we have no answers for GCA customers but I cannot blame them for complaining.

I prefer to vent my dirty laundry here...I have a dirty sock and red leather fetish
