Well, my 2150SX's are sulking about being compared to anything.... ...., but I have seen a couple of installs with the PAs that weren't too bad at all. The Fire and Ice line looked very cool at night with all that internal lighting, and as long as you didn't expect too much out of them, they would do the job.

All in all, a decent entry level line.....

Hahaha.. dont get me wrong, im a huge fan of the orion line.
2, 2150s SX, 4 15"s .....
But when i ran 2 12" PPI in a sealed enclosure, PA did the job and in all fairness, shocked the heck out of me. Price was great, output was perfect for the daily.

My DVD player and my 8in. overhead screen are Power Acoustik. They came as a package deal, with a pair of infrared headphones too.

I had to monster garage the screen a bit though, it wouldn't tilt enough for my 9 year old to see it. It is mounted in a van remember, so it's up a little higher than in a car. Now that it tilts though, no complaints. And it's picture is far nicer than the old 7in. Audiobhan screen I have in the front.

The DVD player doesn't like mp3's much. It'll do them, but doesn't like something about how I burn or something... Stick in a disk without a folder structure (all files dumped into the root directory) and it'll only "accept" maybe 10 songs. It's weird, not even a group of songs, just ten or twelve random ones. Which sucks 'cause I'd love to give it a DVD full of mp3's... But it'd probably explode if I tried

Orion. Well, I have two of the 1200d amplifier models right now. They're killer. No complaints. My H2 sub pounds and sounds great, but the fact that they're built in China so you can't get them reconed by Directed (I have a dead H2 collecting dust) really sucks for a high priced sub. And before I had my first 1200d, I had an XTR900 that I had nothing but problems with. The techs couldn't figure it out, Orion couldn't figure it out, everyone gave up so I made 'em pony up a 1200d at a reasonable cost. My audio shop currently has a smaller XTR300 (I think it's a 300) in the clearance case right now too... But I'd have no use for it right now

Power acoustik is like any brand. It has its entry level line, and better lines form there. If someone had bought an antry level amp, they'd get entry level performance. Thats true with any line. Ive heard the a3000db's and they rock no question. 2400WRMS @ 1 ohm, confirmed my PAS magazine on a review. and with the price in mind, i give power acoustik a thumbs up.
