Seriously though, I would hop for Fosgate over Acoustik any day, but that doesn't mean that they still aren't overrated pieces of crap. If you can get a good price, and are realistic about what you will be getting, you should be happy with some RF products.

I'd have to say I've been impressed for the most part with the power acoustik amps.. I've used the a3000db and still have an a2400db kicking around - they've treated me quite well. I heard a pretty ridiculous setup a couple weeks ago that was using two of the 3000db's strapped; it was doing high 40's daily.

The Power Acoustik product is a really good bang for the buck product. You would be surprised how good the product is. Rockford is also a very good product and so are the other ones you mentioned. Every product has a purpose in our cars. Don't judge evrything withought listening to it first yourself.

im undecided on what to get for a new amp, since im sorta on a budget(schooling) i dunno if i want to spend the money now on a good amp or cheap out now for a cheaper amp.
Would anyone know where to get some decently priced amps? futureshop/bestbuy are limited in models...
