The AC with the 190 microphone reads pretty accurately and is often within a dB of the TL... I like the TL myself but the AC is not a bad choice

I ran an intire mtx system in my first car, it was loud, clean, decent. no complaints like my full alpine system 100 times more though. Like someone said though 30 seconds at a buck sixty come on that's insane, i wouldn't personally waste the money on them, but that's still crazy.

when speaking with mtx on this topic they explaned to me that they had run the truck all day long in the field hitting stupid loud numbers but never firing off the gun.. at the end of the shoot the producer approched mark and asked him if they could do one more shoot with everything the truck had.... so all gains on amps were pinned, as well as bass and eq setting... and as far as voltage is concerned.......... well there was nothing left in the battery bank..... but the truck still accomplishe over 160db for 30 seconds... not to shabby!!! and yes the subs smoked but WOW 30 seconds of clipped power.. no sub will take that.
