tim, you missed the point, who really cares how many people take the faceplates off their stereos, it doesnt matter, what maatters is they could and if they only used it once and that happened to be the time a thief was walking by and looked in and saw a nice shiny new ecplise deck in the dash, it makes it worth it. selling the value of a detach face over esn and no detach is the simplest thing in retail

I got your point, I'm making one of my own, we are allowed to do that on here.............
I can't see a problem selling ESN over detach..........it's common sense..............ask how many people actually take it off............that's all that matters..............

I love the stuff and have no problem selling it. I agree with Tim. For the money especially with this years line up which is selling well you can not beat it. Do you know of a deck out there with tripple pre outs cd/cdrw/mp3 and variable sub for $269.99 with the quality of Eclipse??? Nope I do not think there is. End of discussion.

what do you mean by no comparison? and like i said, i really like the product, its just really easy to sell agains, more so than any other

It is all in how it is sold against. I am one formidable opponent for most if not all salespeople to sell against when I am pitching an Eclipse. Even then, we still have the "others" available to us as well. This year Eclipse is great value for the money, I just hope this value is retained by the line going into FS.
