question on batteries, need a good one

thinking about getting either a odyssey pc250 or a xs d3400. As you can see in my sig i have 1500 rms for bass and 400 rms for mids/highs. I have a stock 125 amp alt and i want to replace my yellow top under the hood, so i will just be using one battery, nothing in the back. Will either of these batteries keep my voltage up

Get the biggest possible battery you can fit under the hood and I think you'll be ok.

well i spoke with a rep at xs and they told me the d6500 or the d3400 would work. I was also thinking about buying a odyssey pc2150 but wanted to know how that compares to the xs's, if anyone knows

the pc250 was a typo. So the pc2150 should easily supply my 1900 watt system and hopefully keep the voltage more stable than my yellow top. I'm getting dimming and want to see if there's a single battery application that can help me so i don't have to upgrade my altenator.

thats a very good choice. ton of reserve and tons of power ready to be delivered in a millisecond. i wish i could have fit one under the hood of my truck but would have taken too much modification to do so

there are several for sale in the for sale section.. 3 in fact

good luck
