I just installed a JBL BP600.1. When I turn on my truck only one of the two lights on the amplifiers turn on, and there is no sound. There is a green light and a red light. The green is the only one that comes on and there is nothing coming out of my subs. In the trouble shooting it says that when the green light is on only then the amp is over heated but it did it the first time I turned it on so that cant be. Please help me out

Put a meter on your sub terminals and see if its an open circuit.

The terminals on the amp or on the subs themselves?

Wait this wouldnt be the problem though if only power ground and remote are hooked up and it still does it.

It used, I turned the sub option on, its grounded right to the floor, and the metal was hit with sand paper to take everything off.
